ATESE holds a 6th-grade government construction license and is active across all sectors of public and private construction and development — civil, hydraulic, port, electromechanical, energy–industrial and road projects.

As a contractor certified by the Ministry of National Defense, the company also delivers specialized military works, backed by ISO-certified processes and a design-to-delivery discipline built on time, cost and quality control.

Design to delivery.

Every project follows a design-to-delivery discipline built on three controls: timely delivery, zero budget overruns, and certified quality levels. Work is governed by ISO-certified management systems and an ESG framework targeting LEED, BREEAM and WELL building standards.
