Quality & Environment Policy.
ATESE is committed to certified quality and environmental management across all of its operations — from design and construction through to the long-term operation of the assets it delivers.
Our Commitment
ATESE has operated to certified quality standards since its first ISO 9001 certification in 2003, and maintains certified quality, environmental, energy and occupational health & safety management systems across the Group. Every project is delivered against three disciplines: timely delivery, zero budget overruns, and the required quality levels.
// Official policy statement to be inserted here — client-supplied text pending.
Scope
This policy applies to all activities carried out by ATESE SA and the Group companies operating under its structure, including project-based special purpose vehicles established for concession agreements.
// Confirm the exact list of covered activities and Group companies with the client.
Objectives
- Deliver every project on schedule, within budget, and to certified quality levels.
- Minimise the environmental impact of construction and operational activities.
- Pursue net-zero-carbon, LEED / BREEAM / WELL-certified outcomes on new developments.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Management is responsible for establishing this policy, allocating the resources required to implement it, and reviewing its effectiveness. All staff and sub-contractors are responsible for working in accordance with the Group’s certified management systems and for reporting non-conformities.
Continual Improvement
Performance against this policy is monitored through internal audits, management review and corrective-action tracking. Objectives are reviewed annually and updated to reflect operational change, regulatory developments and the Group’s ESG framework.
