Group enters preferred-bidder phase on a fourth PPP tender.
ATESE has advanced to the preferred-bidder phase in a new Public-Private Partnership tender for the design, construction and facilities management of social infrastructure.
The move extends the Group’s concessions portfolio, which already spans three active 25-year PPP agreements for school units in Attica, Thessaloniki and Chania — together representing €216M in concession value.
What the phase means
Preferred-bidder status confirms ATESE’s technical and financial submission as the leading offer, and opens the contractual phase ahead of financial closing. The Group participates as equity sponsor and contractor, with facilities management handled through its subsidiary structure.
Where it sits in the portfolio
- PPP OSK14 — 14 school units, Attica · operating since 2017
- PPP MC17 — 17 school units, Thessaloniki · under construction
- PPP CH — 10 school units + municipal park, Chania · financial closing
Each concession we add deepens a delivery model we already operate end to end — from design and construction through to long-term facilities management.
